In my films, I draw inspiration from real-life events and genuine emotions, aiming to create stories that feel authentic and relatable. I love exploring the raw, everyday moments that often go unnoticed, bringing them to life in a way that resonates with viewers. Each film is a reflection of the world as I see it—personal, grounded, and full of subtle emotion. For me, it's about capturing the truth in all its forms and making sure the audience feels a deep connection to the story unfolding on screen.
Winds of Fate
"Winds of Fate" is a short film I created for my final project in a film class. The story is about how love always finds its way, no matter the obstacles. Throughout the project, I used different camera techniques and edited everything in Premiere Pro, focusing on how the sound matches the action on the screen. t's about a girl who writes a love letter to a boy and leaves it in a special spot. Somehow, the letter magically makes its way to the boy’s mailbox, as if love itself is guiding it.
The One
"The One" is a short film I created for a film class, and it was my first project at university. We had to edit the entire film using Premiere Pro, which was a new and exciting challenge for me. The story is about a girl who feels like she’s there, but not really present in her life. Whenever things get overwhelming, she always has someone she can turn to, someone who is there for her when she feels like life is getting too much. It’s a reflection on finding support and comfort in difficult times.
Till It Happens To You
This was my final project for my A-Levels and my very first attempt at making a music video. I felt pretty comfortable using Premiere Pro, where I worked on color grading and added various effects to enhance the visuals. The story addresses the serious issue of sexual assault against men and incorporates a lot of symbolism to convey its message. I wanted to challenge the toxic stereotypes around masculinity and encourage conversations about consent. Overall, it was a meaningful project that allowed me to express important themes in a creative way.
